Michael Sheppard, Member at Large

Michael has a wealth of knowledge and experience in songwriting and the local music scene. He currently performs and records with his "Michael Sheppard Group" all over the Mid-Atlantic and Eastern States. He also gives private vocal lessons and produces song and album projects. He is a 17-time Washington Area Music Association Award (WAMMIE) Nominee for Best Jazz contemporary Male Vocalist, Artists of the Year, Best Artist/Group, and Best Male Vocalist. He is a 5-time AMMIE Award Winner for Best Male Vocalist, Best New Artist, and Best Artist/Group. He has also received multiple Mid-Atlantic Musician Readers' Poll Awards for Best Front Person, Jazz Vocalist, Funk/Alternative Vocalist, and Rock Vocalist.
