The SAW AV Club will do our first performer demo video recording sessions at Community Day on Saturday, June 2 at Bethesda United Methodist Church, 8300 Old Georgetown Rd., Bethesda, MD. Members that signed up for this new service several months ago are able to register first for these sessions.
The video sessions will begin at 2:00 pm and run until 5:00 pm. We expect each session to take about 30 minutes. The six slots will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis.
We will make multi-camera videos of two songs for you. The fee is $100.
- Because of space constraints, these sessions will be limited to acts with no more than three performers.
- We will provide vocal mics and a PA. You may bring small amps or run instruments directly into the board.
- There is no room for a full drum kit at this event, but you may bring other percussion.
Since it’s the first time we’re doing this, we want to keep it simple and make sure we can deliver the best results for you. That’s why we’ll be doing solo acts or duos/trios this time. We are working to find venues with room for full bands at future events. Even if your band is too big for this event, we hope you’ll join us at Community Day to see what we’re doing and commune with your fellow SAW members.
To register, please select a time slot, complete the form and make your payment online. If you have any questions, please contact email@example.com.
Thank you for your patience with this project. We believe it will be a valuable service to SAW members and we’re eager to get the cameras rolling.
