SAW's International Folk Concert

Music and interviews with your favorite artists. 

Three artists from two continents, three countries, two of them previous MASC winners! Each with a unique connection to our area with a diverse set of musical styles and approaches.

Shawna Caspi hails from Toronto, Canada and has been a frequent performer in our area. She has retooled her classical training in guitar and voice into a  folk music gem of finger style guitar, powerful vocals and brave messages for our time. 

Rick Udler is in Sao Paulo, Brazil and a master of guitar and other stringed instruments. He fuses many Latin and jazz influences into compositions that need no words to communicate powerful messages of connection, inclusion and joy.

Becky Warren lives in Nashville now and fuses folk, country and rock influences into a storytelling style of songwriting that is at once raw, universal and personal. 

SAW is presenting them this Saturday at 3pm EST streaming on our Facebook site and Vimeo with music and interviews. With Kelly Diamond, Ron Goad and Jay Keating as your hosts. The artists will be on hand to chat (and receive your patronage if you are so inclined).
