Saturday Feb 7th from noon to 5 pm the James Renwick Alliance presents The Craft of Music: Stringed instruments from Bach to Bluegrass. A distinguished group of renowned instrument makers, collectors and players come together to explore the art of making beautiful instruments and music. The program includes exhibits and demonstrations, a panel discussion and performances.

The event is being held at the Katzen Arts center, American University, 4400 Massachusetts Ave NW, Washington DC; free parking is provided.
